These Terms of Service apply to the NWAS WebApp, NWAS Wallet, the NWAS User Node mobile app, and directly connected functions provided by Altermo Co., Ltd. ("Company").
By using the service or by creating an account, signing in, creating a wallet, managing a wallet, or proceeding with the user-node pairing flow, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your account access methods secure.
You must be legally eligible to use the service under applicable law, and the Company may require additional verification or identity confirmation when necessary.
You are responsible for managing your wallet label, passkeys/WebAuthn credentials, transaction PIN, login methods, paired user-node app, device lock, and related security controls.
The Company is not responsible for issues caused by your sharing or mishandling of device access, browser access, email, phone, passkeys, PIN, or user-node app access.
The user-node app is a dedicated security component for wallet approval and security verification. Certain actions may require final approval or confirmation inside the paired user-node app instead of being completed only on the web.
Wallet deletion, re-creation, re-pairing, device replacement, and app reset may require additional confirmation or local reset under the applicable security policy.
You may not use the service or related systems for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
You may not bypass, tamper with, disrupt, misuse, or interfere with the service, wallet flows, approval flows, user-node components, or account authentication systems, nor harm other users or the Company’s operations.
The Company may change, restrict, or suspend service features for security, operational, policy, legal, or infrastructure reasons.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect operation across every device, browser, or network environment.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Company, you are responsible for carrier charges, device costs, app store charges, network usage fees, and any third-party costs related to blockchain or external infrastructure usage.
The Company may limit or suspend access to some or all accounts, wallets, devices, or features when there is a security threat, a Terms violation, suspected unlawful activity, abuse, or an operational need to do so.
You may initiate wallet deletion or account termination through the provided service flow, but some information may remain for a limited period when required by law, security, or audit obligations.
Rights in the service, software, logos, text, layouts, design, documentation, and related materials belong to the Company or the applicable rights holder.
Except as permitted by law or explicitly allowed by the Company, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or resell service components without authorization.
The Company does not guarantee investment outcomes, profits, asset appreciation, successful transactions, or any particular security outcome.
To the extent allowed by law, the Company may limit liability for losses caused by your own security failures, external service outages, carrier or device issues, store policy changes, third-party acts, force majeure, or your violation of these Terms.
The Company may update these Terms when laws, service functions, security policy, or operational needs change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
