These Terms cover the NURI WALLET mobile app, official NWAS website and related services of Altermo Co., Ltd. (the Company).
Contract formation follows applicable law and the service's application/acceptance process. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are publicly available. Merely reading a page or signing in is not deemed separate consent to processing that requires it.
Provide accurate account details and protect access methods. Optional social sign-in depends on the chosen provider's account, policies and availability; it does not by itself complete wallet creation or recovery.
Meet applicable eligibility and identity-verification requirements, including guardian consent where required.
Users must protect device locks, login methods, PINs, recovery keys and linked-device access and must not disclose them. Loss, misuse or unauthorized access must be reported to the Company without delay.
Users bear responsibility for losses caused by their breach according to causation and fault. Company fault and legally non-excludable duties remain governed by applicable law.
The mobile app owns wallet creation, management, pairing with this phone, final approval, backup and recovery. The website provides information, installation, legal notices and support, not browser signup. Check the target and effect before approving.
Recovery requires a completed backup, the user's retained recovery key, registered-email verification and server-held encrypted recovery material. Email verification or sign-in alone is insufficient. If the key is lost and the original phone is unavailable, the Company cannot recover the wallet for you.
After interruption, resume from the stored state checked by the app; expired verification must be renewed. Do not assume backup success before completion is confirmed. Check backup completion and key safekeeping before uninstalling, resetting or changing phones. Wallet/account deletion differs from logout and may remove recovery capability.
Illegal or fraudulent use, impersonation, unauthorized access, bypass/tampering with authentication, approval or signatures, and service disruption/abuse are prohibited. Report vulnerabilities without publicly disclosing secrets.
The Company may modify or temporarily limit services as necessary for security, stability, legal compliance, maintenance or incident response. Beta features and supported environments may change.
Important planned restrictions are announced in advance. Where urgent security or incident handling prevents prior notice, reasons and impact are provided when feasible. Continuous operation on every device/network is not guaranteed. Retry of uncertain operations must follow status verification and the service procedure.
Users bear actual telecom, device and external-network charges and network fees for external-chain transactions they request. Third-party charges and cancellation follow the provider terms. Any paid Company service separately discloses prices, payment, cancellation and refund conditions before use.
The Company may restrict accounts, devices or features within the necessary scope for threats, abuse, legal/Terms violations or conduct undermining safe operation. Reasons, scope and support/objection procedures are notified; where law, investigation or user protection prevents advance notice, notice is provided when feasible.
Users may request termination through Account & Legal or the web deletion guide, subject to necessary identity checks. Termination/deletion does not reverse final transactions; outstanding duties and lawful retention remain effective to the extent necessary for their purpose.
Software, logos, designs and documents belong to the Company or rightful owners. Use follows applicable law, these Terms and relevant licenses, without limiting statutory user rights.
The Company does not guarantee investment returns, asset value, transaction success or risk-free security. Post-quantum and MPC protection applies to implemented boundaries, not a fully post-quantum external chain, identity and communications ecosystem.
The Company is not liable for losses from user access mishandling, lost recovery keys, external service/network/device failures or force majeure where no Company fault exists. Damages follow actual causes, each party's fault and applicable law. Intent, gross negligence and other legally non-excludable Company liability are not limited.
The Company may revise these Terms for legal, service or operating-policy changes. Material changes are announced in advance with reasons, content, application time and required consent, rejection or termination procedures. Legally required notice periods/processes apply; adverse changes are not retroactive.

After verifying an existing wallet account in the app, users may connect only the website's event-participation functions. Check the supported app and published eligibility. New-wallet rewards require a verified first activation after the event cutoff; recovery, extra wallets or deletion and recreation do not earn duplicates. A direct referral must be separately chosen before the new creator's first enrollment is finalized. Self-referrals and retrospective changes are not permitted.
Reward amounts, intervals, cumulative bonuses and referral conditions are disclosed on the event screen and in the server policy applied to that participation. An insight participation counts at most once every 24 hours after the previous valid participation by server time; articles, browsers and devices share the same count. This is cumulative participation, so a missed day does not reset it. The inviter's reward requires the invitee's new creation and seven valid participations. The direct-referral limit is ten, including conditional reservations.
Payment preparation, processing and unknown-result states are not completed payments. Participation is accepted against real funds and security/duplicate checks; only a payment verified in the actual ledger is marked paid. Insufficient funds, maintenance or security measures may restrict new participation. Closure stops new connections and earning, while accepted obligations and unknown payments are reconciled and settled. Paid NWAS and required ledger/verification records remain. Listing, convertibility, price and returns are not guaranteed. Material changes follow the existing notice/consent and no-retroactive-disadvantage rules.
